Suh-Weeet! It's Almost Valentines Day - Cool Stitches

Suh-Weeet! It's Almost Valentines Day

It's February and we are all pulled into the Love vortex, right? It's everywhere! Hearts and flowers and candy. Oh, and I love you my sewing enthusiast friends. It's wonderful to have you be a part of my sewing world. One of my favorite ways to celebrate Valentine's Day is with kids' Valentines Day cards and by making special sweets for my favorite people. This year we are all over here trying to shed our 'stay-home' extra love handles so I am thinking some sweets for keto and low carb diets are in order. A nice recipe for Chocolate Truffles wraps up my love note to you today!

The Venice Shirt and a Wedding

This year I am going to a small family wedding on Valentines Day. It's the perfect occasion to wear my Venice Shirt we featured in our Love To Sew box, don't you think so too? I just love that stretch velvet is a trend right now. The wedding is in a glam barn so I'm thinking of wearing it with slim black pants. How did you style yours? Here are Linda's photos from their website, and the pattern and fabric from the Love To Sew box. My photos - soon, my sewing enthusiast friends, soon.

As promised, here are your Sweets too!
